1 bottle of dry red wine

0, 5 liters of orange juice (preferably freshly squeezed)

1 orange

2 cinnamon sticks

120 g of brown sugar.


Mix in a saucepan with the wine of orange juice, add sugar and cinnamon sticks, which can be broken into 2 parts.

Then cut off with the orange peel and cut it into strips, and the orange divide into segments.

And zest, and orange, too, put in a pan and warm up the drink over low heat for 10-15 minutes, then strain and pour into appropriate glasses.

Apple mulled wine

1 bottle of dry red wine

0, 5 liters of apple juice unclarified

1 cinnamon stick

2 anise sprocket

3 green apple

50 g cranberry

0, 5 cups of sugar.


Heat the wine in a saucepan, and apple juice is broken down into 2-3 pieces of cinnamon stick, anise, sugar, liqueur, cranberry and cut into thin slices of apple - in the other.

When the wine is hot enough, add the ingredients of the second pan and allow to stand for 5 minutes, then strain the drink and serve it.

Mulled wine with white wine

1 dry white wine bottle

1 cinnamon stick

3 cloves bud

lemon half

1 tbsp. l. light rum

honey to taste.


Carefully warm white wine in the pan, add all the ingredients. Lemons just need to pre-cut into thin slices.

Strain the drink and enjoy the unusual taste, spilling it in a glass of thick glasses.
