Cutlets in Arabic "Kubbe"
Ingredients:
500 g minced any

Preparation:

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Serve with any side dish and salad.
The Scottish eyes
Ingredients:
800 g minced
6 boiled eggs (12 quail can)
400 g loaf
0, 5 cups of milk
herbs, spices, salt
for breading: one raw egg and 2 tbsp. l. flour or breadcrumbs
Preparation:
Breaking loaf and soaked it in milk.
Add to stuffing soaked loaf, spices and chopped herbs. Knead until smooth.
Mass share of 6 parts. From every part of the form a cake, which we put on top of a boiled egg. Wrap it evenly minced.
The resulting patties dipped first in beaten egg, then in flour and send it in the oven for 40-50 minutes.
Serve cut in half with mashed potatoes or vegetables.
The Swedish beet burgers
Ingredients:
1 boiled potato
100 g of pickled beets
300-400 g minced
1 medium onion
Milk 100 g
1 egg
breadcrumbs
salt, spices
Preparation:
Beef, egg and milk mix and turn into a homogeneous mass.
Finely cut onion and fry it, rub the grated potatoes and beets shinkuem. Add all the foods and spices to the mince, salt. Forming of mass produced small patties, crumble them in breadcrumbs and fry in a pan.
Serve with boiled potatoes and pickled cucumbers.
Pozharsky cutlets
Ingredients:
double cream
800 g of chicken meat
350 g of crumb and white bread crusts
400 g of onion
200 g butter
1 tbsp. l. olive oil
salt, spices
Preparation:
3/4 of butter into small cubes and put them in the freezer.
On the rest of the butter, fry the onion and add it to the chopped stuffing.
Breadcrumbs soaked in cream and add to the stuffing. There also put the frozen butter. Mix thoroughly and remove for 30 minutes. in the refrigerator.
Boned piece of minced meat, breaded cutlet and form. It is important to do it quickly.
Fry patties on both sides and bring to full readiness in the oven.
Serve at the table with any garnish.
Japanese patties with cheese
Ingredients:
400 g of minced pork
2 eggs
1 small onion
100 g hard cheese
5 Art. l. soy sauce
200 g of breadcrumbs
salt and spices to taste
sunflower oil
Preparation:
Fry the onion in sunflower oil, cool.
Add the onion, egg, half the breadcrumbs, soy sauce, salt and spices to the meat. Knead.
We share a lot of meat to 6-7 parts. Every often turns into a cake, put it on a piece of cheese, cover with minced meat. Form the patties flattened. Fry on a hot frying pan until golden brown.
Serve with rice, vegetables and soy sauce (or teriyaki sauce).
Turkish meatballs "Hassan Pasha"
Ingredients:
400 g of beef
1 onion
1 egg
salt, spices

For the sauce: tomato paste to taste 1 tbsp. water, a pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation:
Mix the minced meat with chopped onion, egg and spices. Put 10 min. in the refrigerator.
Boil the potatoes, crush it, add the milk, butter, spices.
Minced sculpt small balls, make them a recess in the middle. Produced baskets with sturdy bumpers. We send them in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
We obtain future masterpiece from the furnace. In the center of each basket we put a piece of cheese first, then mashed potatoes.
Dilute the tomato paste with water and spices. Get sauce pour baskets, and again put in the oven. Wait until the mashed potatoes will be golden on top.
