• The first European Games in Baku
In Azerbaijan's capital, Baku, are the first in the history of the European game. At 16-day event brought together more than 6,000 athletes who will take part in 253 events in 20 sports. European games are similar to other continental sports competitions, such as, for example, Panamerikaskie and Asian Games. The closing ceremony of the European Games in Baku will be held June 28.
