In 2005, Ukrainian Vassily won the championship already among adults (category up to 53 kg).

The championship was held in Morocco. In this North African country Lomachenko Basil spent five fights, all won, and in the first three he managed to knock his rivals. In addition, the tournament organizers declared it the best boxer of the competition, regardless of weight class.

Performances in 2007
