The building consists of two elements: a body in the form of strict pedestal and a pair of upper floors of exhibition halls, hidden inside the structure of the original irregular form. The choice of materials enhances the contrast of these two parts - a square base sports a concrete facade and wooden frame at the top lined with gleaming stainless steel panels.

At the bottom are conference rooms and adjacent rooms. This area can be used for various activities: presentations, receptions or seminars, designed for 120 visitors.

exhibition area design is based on the idea of ​​curiosities cabinet, a popular concept in the Baroque era. This format is ideal for unusual collection of exhibits related to the history of bread and bakery. This part of the building called "Wunderkammer des Brotes", which translated from German means "magic room of bread." It is a circular atrium where the individual items of the exhibition are suspended directly to the ceiling. Central here is the spiral staircase from which visitors can be seen exhibited objects from different angles. On the stairs you can get to the two tiers of the exhibition, where the exhibits are placed on the walls, tables and built-in cabinet. At each level, you can also get on the elevator. Natural light enters the atrium on top and in the exhibition spaces created artificial lighting. The display is visible to a self-supporting interior wooden structures shell consisting of laminated wood. It is the use of this method allowed us to obtain such an unusual shape. The high level of technology has provided a significant reduction in the upper part of the building assembly time. Noble texture of wood covered with only one layer of paint, eliminating the need for internal interior trim.
