More than 2,500 photos from 40 countries were presented at the competition Underwater Photographer of the Year 2015. The title of "Underwater photographer 2015" has received Portuguese photographer Nuno Sa for a snapshot of the seahorse. Nuno Sa - Image author who has made the biggest impression on the jury, is a specialist in underwater photography and filming with years of experience. It is interesting that Nuno on the legal profession, he graduated from one of the Portuguese universities, but never worked in the specialty. After graduation, do not hesitate for a minute, he went to the Azores - then he decided to devote himself to the two biggest passions of his life - photography and diving. He then created his own company, which provides services under water shooting. Nuno Sa - the only Portuguese nature photographer who has won many awards at international contests. His works are regularly published in National Geographic, and dozens of other publications. "For me important is the dissemination of information on ocean life and the threats faced by many species, - says the winner. - 85% of species of seahorses are already extinct, and we still are caught every year 50 tons of these animals to keep them in aquariums. "
