The era of the Soviet five-year plans gave the city a new round of industrial development and construction activities, along with the establishment of the rage and the monuments of the heroes of the revolution. The Second World War, almost all destroyed. First, the occupation troops of the Wehrmacht, then bloody battles for the liberation of the city ...

Again, the period of restoration, construction, Brezhnev stagnation.
