Miniature house in Japan

No wonder they say that you should not judge a book by its cover. The same can be said about this incredibly compact and narrow house in Japan (of course, not the narrowest house in the world, but still unusual). It was designed by the architectural firm Mizuishi and covers an area of 52, 24 square meters. The house is located on a narrow triangular base between the river and the road.

Outside, the house seems tiny, but look inside, you will find that it is surprisingly spacious. The triangular house has two floors, with the master bedroom is on the ground, and the kitchen and living room - on the second. Upstairs there is a small games room for the whole family, which can be reached by stairs. The walls are painted white, which gives a feeling of more space and light.
