When in 1973 Ricardo Bofill came across an abandoned cement factory, he immediately saw a sea of possibilities. Then I was born La fábrica ( "factory" in Spanish), and almost 45 years later, the building is completely transformed and transformed into a unique home.

Each room is decorated in accordance with its specific purpose, and there is not one that would be similar to another.
"I have the impression that I live in a closed universe that protects me from the outside, and everyday life," - says Bofill.
"Life here is continuous, and the difference between work and leisure is very small."
